HEL'S KITCHEN CATERING ECONOMIC RECOVERY PACKAGE 2009
As we bid farewell to a topsy turvey 2008, we look forward to 2009 with cautious optimism. We are encouraged by falling fuel prices which have allowed us to suspend our temporary fuel surcharge, but recognize the pressure that a continuing constricting economy places on all of us. We have faith that the American economy will recover, but for the near term, our concern is helping our customers get through this downturn while still being able to celebrate and enjoy the meaningful life cycle events and continue to do the significant business entertaining that is so important to all of our families and businesses.
With that in mind, Hel's Kitchen Catering will implement in 2009 the following policies designed to help our clientele continue to enjoy our wonderful products and services as affordably as possible.
1) We pledge to offer bimonthly Seasonal Value Menus throughout 2010 that will represent some of our most delicious and most popular selections at a significant discount from our normal retail pricing.
2) We further pledge to offer semi-annual Buffet Menu Value Packages including everything from hors d'oeuvres to dessert at one fixed price.
3) For all of 2009, all delivery charges on "Delivered to Your Door" orders will be suspended for orders totaling $1000.00 or more, and will be reduced by 50% for orders over $500.00.
4) For any $2,000.00 deposit received by February 28, 2009 on any new full service event occurring anytime between May 1, 2009 and December 31, 2010 and whose total billing exceeds $5,000.00 - We will credit your account $2,500.00. That's a $500.00 bonus for early booking that can be used in any way you wish!
5) As we consider ways to merge our dedication to sustainable business practices with our commitment to ease the economic pressure on our valued customers, we will provide our sustainable eco-paper products for free with all Seasonal Value Menus, and at 50% off on all other Delivered to your Door orders over $300.00.
As always, we will continue to provide our signature presentation and stellar delivery and pickup service including baskets, platters and chafing dishes on all deliveries at no additional charge.
While we understand that no company, or group of companies, can solve these massive economic problems on their own - we do believe that collectively the American people, in conjunction with small business, large business, and enlightened government policies can work our way through these difficult times and emerge stronger and more vibrant than ever at the end of the process.
