It was an amazing event & you were a huge, huge part if it! I need to start, first, with how wonderful you are! You were a dream to work with! We couldn't have dreamt of a better person to work with! You were so accommodating, understanding, and you truly, truly 'got' us. Starting from the menu from almost twenty months ago leading up to our wedding day! It makes me so sad to come to an 'end' with our vendors!
Our friends & family RAVED over the food!!! Some people told me it was the BEST wedding food they ever had!!! From the fries, mac n cheese, to the short ribs, nothing was left out from the compliments! The food was most important and you didn't let anyone down! I'm so grateful for choosing Hel's and so beyond thankful you were there every step of the way.
The set up of the stations, tables, and highboys were perfect. The linens were amazing!!! I loved the grey and lace!!! Everything blew away my expectations. You really interpreted my vision and for that I am so thankful! It's so hard to take someone's idea and make it come to life. You nailed it! Coming together with Laurie on the flowers and your hard work made the venue look gorgeous! I was so beyond pleased with how everything turned out.

"To the whole Hel's team, what a fabulous spread Hel's Kitchen provided! The food was so delicious - and the sundae bar was a bit hit, too. Besides the great food fare, the service was impeccable. Gail and Tim were very impressed with the efficiency of your staff with set up, serving, and clean-up. They were on time with arrival and what was most impressive was their departure time. The party ended at 6:00 and by 6:30 p.m., the house and property looked better than when your staff arrived. Everything was put back in place and cleaned to the nines!

Summer Gathering
"Sandy – I am overwhelmed! The food was fabulous!!!!! Everything. The Thai Spring rolls were such a hit - I'm glad I thought to order extra - I think I remembered from the last time! All the appetizers were great. Everyone raved about the food, and some of my friends are real foodies! The Salmon en croute was elegant and delicious. The Lemon Basil chicken melted in your mouth. The Fresh fruit salad was amazing - everyone wanted to take some home. The Vegetable Lasagna was light as a feather and scrumptious - and this from my an Italian foodie! I ordered this as an after thought for a meatless entree, but everyone loved it. The dessert bars were scrumptious and everyone dove in. Still, the food was so plentiful; every hostess' fear is not having enough - but the quantities were wonderfully generous. People even remarked on the delicious bread and wanted to know what bakery they could get it at. I can't thank you enough. Everything was spectacular - no disappointments, and the convenience of the serving trays, and they left that warming box with all the hot entrees, so we could keep all that in the garage until we were ready to serve it - I didn't want to heat up my house with the oven on and that saved the day on a warm summer day. The serving staff you recommended were the perfect compliment to your outstanding food. There aren't enough superlatives to do justice to how great the food was. Add friends and a congenial atmosphere and the perfect party ensued!
